Phase 1 · Identify low-stock products
- Reports → Quantity Alerts (or dashboard stock alerts).
- Review products below their Stock Alert threshold (set on each product).
- Note warehouse and quantities needed.
Phase 2 · Replenish stock (choose one path)
Path A — Order from supplier (most common)
- Purchases → Add Purchase. Select supplier and warehouse.
- Add low-stock products with order quantities. Status: Received.
- Submit.
Path B — Transfer from another warehouse
- Stock Transfers → Create Transfer.
- From warehouse with surplus → To warehouse needing stock.
- Add products and quantities. Complete transfer.
Phase 3 · Verify
- Re-run Quantity Alerts — product should no longer appear.
- Check Stock Report for updated quantities.
TipSet Stock Alert on each product during catalog setup so alerts trigger automatically.
