Record View Permission

ImportantThe record_view permission controls whether a user sees all business transactions or only their own. Without this permission, users typically see only sales and data they created themselves (dashboard, POS, lists).

Warehouse Restrictions

When creating or editing a user, assign specific warehouses to limit which warehouse data they can access in dashboard, POS, sales, and reports.
