Key conceptStock in Probiz365 is tracked per warehouse. A product can have different quantities in Warehouse A vs Warehouse B.
Phase 1 · Create warehouses
- Preferences → Warehouses → Add each location (Main Store, Branch, Warehouse, etc.).
- Optionally restrict users to specific warehouses in Users settings.
Phase 2 · Add products to catalog
- Products → Add Product (once per SKU — shared across all warehouses).
- Product exists globally; stock is warehouse-specific.
Phase 3 · Stock each warehouse
- For each warehouse, create a Purchase with that warehouse selected and status Received.
- Or use Stock Adjustment (add) per warehouse for opening balances.
- Repeat for every location that holds inventory.
Phase 4 · Move stock between warehouses
- Stock Transfers → Create Transfer.
- From Warehouse → To Warehouse. Add products and quantities.
- Complete transfer — deducts from source, adds to destination.
Verify success
- Product detail shows qty per warehouse
- Warehouse Report shows stock by location
- POS with Warehouse A only shows Warehouse A stock
