Getting Started

Learn how to log in, select your business, and navigate Probiz365.

Logging In

Where: Your Probiz365 login page
  1. Open your browser and go to your Probiz365 application URL.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. If you don't have an account, click Register Now to sign up at probiz365.com.

Forgot Password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address and submit.
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.

Selecting Your Business

Where: Business selection screen (shown automatically after login if you belong to multiple businesses)

If your user account is linked to more than one business, you must choose which business to work in before accessing the app.

  1. After login, the business selection screen appears.
  2. Click the business you want to manage.
  3. You will be redirected to the Dashboard for that business.
NoteAll data — products, sales, reports — is scoped to the selected business. Switch businesses by logging out and selecting a different one, or use the business switcher if available.

Navigating the App

Probiz365 uses a two-level sidebar navigation on the left:

Understanding Permissions

Permission requiredWhat you see in the menu depends on your assigned role. If a module is missing, ask your administrator to update your permissions.

Subscription Status

An active subscription is required to use Probiz365. If your subscription expires, you will be redirected to the subscription expired page. Administrators can renew from Billing in the sidebar. See Billing & Subscription.

Your Profile

Where: Top navigation → Profile

Update your name, email, avatar, and change your password from the profile page.
