Inventory
Stock adjustments, inter-warehouse transfers, warehouses, and low-stock alerts.
Stock Adjustments
Where: Sidebar → Stock Adjustment → Create Adjustment or List Adjustments
Use adjustments to correct stock levels after damage, loss, found stock, or data entry errors.
- Click Create Adjustment.
- Select Warehouse and enter a reference/note.
- Add products and set adjustment type (add or subtract quantity).
- Submit to update stock immediately.

Stock Transfers
Where: Sidebar → Stock Transfers → Create Transfer or List Transfers
Move stock from one warehouse to another.
- Click Create Transfer.
- Select From Warehouse and To Warehouse.
- Set Status (e.g. pending, completed).
- Add products and quantities to transfer.
- Submit. Stock is deducted from source and added to destination when completed.

Warehouses
Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Warehouses
Create and manage warehouse locations. Each product tracks stock per warehouse. Users can be restricted to specific warehouses.
Admin onlyRequires warehouse permission.
Low Stock Alerts
Set a Stock Alert quantity on each product. When stock falls below this level, the product appears in:
- Reports → Quantity Alerts (Sidebar → Reports → Product Quantity Alerts)
- Dashboard stock alert widgets

How Stock Changes
