Quotations

Create price quotes for customers and convert them to sales when accepted.

Creating a Quotation

1. Click Add Quote from the Quotations menu.
2. Select Customer, Warehouse, and Status.
3. Add products with quantities and prices.
4. Apply tax, discount, or shipping if needed.
5. Submit to save the quotation.

Managing Quotations

From the quotation list you can:

• View or edit quotation details
• Email or SMS the quote to the customer
• Download PDF
• Filter by date, reference, customer, warehouse, status
• Export to PDF or Excel

Convert Quotation to Sale

1. Open a quotation from the list or detail page.
2. Click Change to Sale (or Convert to Sale).
3. Review the pre-filled sale form and adjust if needed.
4. Submit to create a sale from the quotation.
