Configure your business profile, POS, warehouses, currencies, and notification templates.

Business Settings

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Business Settings

Permission required: setting_system

Configure core business information:

Company name, email, phone, address
Company logo (appears on invoices and receipts)
Default warehouse and default customer
Invoice footer text
Default language and currency
Date format and timezone

POS Settings

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → POS Settings

Permission required: pos_settings

Receipt layout and paper size
Show/hide logo, barcode, note on receipt
Default POS customer
Keyboard shortcuts and display options

Warehouses

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Warehouses

Add, edit, or remove warehouse locations. Assign users to specific warehouses to limit their data access.

Currencies

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Currencies

Permission required: currency

Manage supported currencies and exchange rates for multi-currency operations.

Email & SMS Templates

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Email Templates, Sidebar → Preferences → SMS Templates

Permission required: notification_template

Customize notification content for sales, purchases, quotations, returns, and payments. Templates support placeholders for customer name, reference, amount, etc.

Mail Settings

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Mail Settings

Configure SMTP server settings so the app can send invoice and notification emails. Required for email features to work.

SMS Settings

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → SMS Settings

Connect SMS gateways (Twilio, Nexmo, Infobip) for SMS notifications on sales and purchases.

Payment Gateway

Where: Sidebar → Preferences → Payment Gateway

Configure Stripe or other payment gateways for card payments in POS and sales.
