Customers & Suppliers
Manage customer and supplier profiles, track balances, and import contacts.
Where: Sidebar → People
Customers
Where: Sidebar → People → Customers
Permissions: Customers_view, Customers_add, Customers_edit, Customers_delete
- Click Customers under People.
- Click Add to create a new customer with name, email, phone, address, and tax number.
- Save the customer. They will appear in sales, POS, and quotation customer dropdowns.
Customer records track:
- Total sales and payments
- Due balance (amount owed by customer)
- Return due balance
- Transaction history via reports

Pay Customer Due
When a customer owes money across multiple sales, use Pay Due from the customer row to record a lump-sum payment applied to outstanding invoices.
Permission required: pay_due
Import Customers (CSV)
- Click Import on the customers list.
- Download the sample template from Sidebar → People → Customers → Import (sample template).
- Fill in customer data and upload the CSV.
Permission required: Customers_import
Suppliers
Where: Sidebar → People → Suppliers
Permissions: Suppliers_view, Suppliers_add, Suppliers_edit, Suppliers_delete
Manage supplier (provider) profiles used in purchases. Track purchase history, payments, and due balances.
- Click Suppliers under People.
- Add supplier details: name, email, phone, address, tax number.
- Use Pay Due to settle outstanding supplier balances.

Import Suppliers (CSV)

System Users
Where: Sidebar → People → Users
