Billing & Subscription
Manage your Probiz365 subscription, payment methods, and billing history.
Where: Sidebar → Billing
Admin onlyRequires setting_system permission. Billing pages are served outside the Vue SPA.
Subscription Overview
An active subscription is required to use Probiz365. When you open the app, the system checks your subscription status. If expired, you are redirected to the subscription expired page.

Viewing Your Plan
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- View your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date.
- See subscription status (active, expired, trial).
Changing Your Plan
Where: Sidebar → Billing → Billing Plans
- From billing, go to Billing Plans.
- Compare available plans and features.
- Select a new plan and confirm the change.
Renewing Your Subscription
- Go to Billing.
- Click Renew Subscription if your plan is expiring or expired.
- Complete payment using your saved payment method or add a new one.
Payment Methods
Probiz365 uses Stripe for subscription payments.
- From billing, go to Payment Methods.
- Click Add Payment Method to add a card.
- Set a default payment method for automatic renewals.
- Remove outdated cards as needed.

Payment History
Where: Sidebar → Billing → Payment History
View past subscription payments, amounts, and dates. Download invoices for your records.
Changing Billing Cycle
Switch between monthly and annual billing from the billing page if your plan supports both cycles.
